Transparency and fairness in our services
Important: Once an application has been submitted to the Government of India, NO REFUNDS can be processed as government fees are non-refundable.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a partial refund if you cancel your request BEFORE our expert team has submitted your application to the official government portal. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid minus a $25 USD administrative and verification fee.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Government Rejection: If the Government of India rejects your e-Visa application for any reason (e.g., security background, incorrect data previously provided by you).
- Post-Submission: Once your data is transmitted to the official Indian immigration servers.
- Change of Plans: If you decide not to travel after the visa has been granted.
- Travel Delay: If your visa approval is delayed by the government beyond the expected 72-hour window.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible under Section 1), please email our support team at info@applyevisaindia.com with your Temporary Application ID and the reason for cancellation. All requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

All payments and refunds are processed via Stripe, ensuring the highest level of financial security and compliance with PCI standards.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team will result in the immediate cancellation of your visa application and may result in being blacklisted from future e-Visa services. We encourage all users to contact us directly for any billing concerns.
