Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Apply eVisa India website (applyevisaindia.com). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

Apply eVisa India is a private consultancy agency. We are NOT the Government of India or the Embassy. We act as an intermediary to assist travelers in processing their Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) applications. We check your application for errors, correct formatting issues, and submit it to the official government portal on your behalf.

2. Service Fees

By using our service, you agree to pay a total fee that includes:

• The Government of India Visa Fee (variable based on nationality and visa type).
• Our Service Fee for document verification, 24/7 support, and processing.

The total cost is displayed clearly on the payment page before you complete the transaction.

3. Refund Policy

Application Not Submitted: If you cancel your request before we have submitted your application to the Government of India, you are eligible for a partial refund (deducting a $20 administration fee).

Application Submitted: Once your application has been submitted to the Government of India, NO REFUNDS are possible, regardless of the outcome (Approved or Rejected), as the government does not refund visa fees.

4. Approval and Rejection

The granting of an e-Visa is entirely at the discretion of the Government of India. We cannot guarantee approval. In the event of a rejection, we will provide you with the reason provided by the government (if any), but we cannot overturn the decision.

5. Processing Times

While we process applications immediately, the Government of India typically takes 72 hours to issue an ETA. We are not responsible for delays caused by government system outages, public holidays, or additional security checks performed by immigration authorities.

6. User Responsibility

You attest that all information provided in the application form is true and accurate. We are not responsible for rejections caused by false or incorrect information provided by the applicant. You are responsible for ensuring your passport has at least 6 months of validity remaining.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apply eVisa India be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
